Preside esta capilla la Inmaculada, de Antonio González Ruiz (1711-1785). Obra de madurez y de gran calidad, tanto en dibujo como en el color, al gusto de la época rococó madrileño del siglo XVIII.
El retablo realizado por los Talleres de Arte Granda en 2004 sigue la línea neoclásica que caracteriza nuestro templo.
En las paredes laterales, dos obras emblemáticas de Pieter van Lint (1609-1690): La Adoración de los Pastores y La Adoración de los Magos. Seguidor de Rubens, se especializó en pinturas de temática religiosa. En ambos destaca su refinado colorido que aumenta el efecto teatral de la escena.

The painting of Mary Immaculate by António González Ruíz (1711-1785) which presides the chapel bears witness to the painter´s maturity and refinement both in his sketching as well as in his use of colour, characteristic of the Madrid Rococo in the seventeenth century.
The altarpiece created by the Granda Fine Arts Studio in 2004 melds harmoniously with the neoclassical lines which epitomize the church.
On the side walls two emblematic paintings by Peter van Lint (1609-1690): The Adoration of the Shepherds and The Adoration of the Magi. Disciple of Rubens, he specialised in religious paintings. His outstanding use of refined colouring heightens the theatricality ot the scenes depicted in both works.
